Welcome to www.hants.lk also hereby referred to as “we”, “us” or “Hants”, we provide services to our valued customers subject to the following conditions. Please read and accept the under mentioned conditions and guidelines carefully before you use the services of the website.

Hants reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other notice provided. Please check these terms and conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to terms and conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.Your Account :

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Furthermore, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account or password. You authorize Hants to assume that any person using the site with your password and user name either is you or is authorized to act for you. You agree to notify Hants immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Hants will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account either with or without your knowledge.

2.Product Information:

Hants attempts to be as accurate as possible of information displayed on the site. However, Hants does not guarantee that product descriptions or other contents of this site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable or completely free of errors

3.Product Pricing:

The price for all the items mentioned at Hants is the final and last price (Including VAT and Tax) of sale via online. Additionally an amount will be charged for each and every delivery.

Regarding the items sold through Hants, the price of an item cannot be confirmed until customer orders the item. Even though every effort is made some items can be mispriced at a negligible probability. If the new price is higher than the mentioned price, we will not cancel or deliver the item without your confirmation about the new price, and all cancellation of items will be informed.

4.Payment Method:

Online payments can be made by anyone with a valid Debit or credit card. Please ensure that sufficient funds/credit limit is available to buy the appropriate item and to buy any product available on the site.

If any clarification is required about the safety of the online payment system contact relevant debit/credit card customer center or contact Hants via 0711556556.

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • Verify with the Bank whether your card has sufficient funds to make the necessary payments.

 

5.Delivery

Items will be delivered to the location provided by you, a delivery charge will be applicable for every delivery.
Items will only be delivered to locations within the territory of Sri Lanka.

In case, the received item has been damaged, customer should immediately inform this to the Hants Head office via E-mail to sales@hants.lk or call us on 0711556556

In the event a delivery of the selected item is cancelled, Hants will not transfer your money back and you can buy any other available product up to the value of the previous item.
Delivery period 14 Working days.

6.Return and Refund Policy

At the time items are being delivered to your location we will not accept any item in return or refund any money at the time of delivery.

In the event item is damaged during delivery, and we do not have stocks from the same item/model to arrange a replacement, the particular amount will be refunded to the customer.

In the event delivery of the selected item is cancelled, you will need to purchase any other available product up to the value of the previous item, please note that a refund will not be made

You will be able to return the items according to the terms and conditions of the warranty supplied by the warranty card.

7.Refund

All refunds will be processed within 15 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank, due to its own operational time for which Hants will not be responsible.

8.Warranty

Any item that is covered under the warranty card, details of the warranty will be disclosed on the product’s description page. However we have the absolute discretion in accepting or refusing any item under the Exchange or Return and Refund Policy

9.Communication

When you visit the site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You thereby consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will either communicate with you by e-mail or post notices on the site and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
